What goes around comes around, and hopefully we haven’t upset many people this year – we were reminded of our Karma by chatting to Good Carma foods.
They specialise in a range of alternative natural, dairy free products, based in Carmarthenshire, West Wales. Their aim is to help people with special dietary requirements or those who want to live a healthy whole food lifestyle.
Find out more about their range by visiting the website and listening to the podcast.

We had a little bit of trepidation when we were invited to try some basil yoghurt at the Food Matters Live show recently.
Thankfully, we needn’t be concerned because the products from La Crèmerie were absolutely marvellous. Renee Lacroix talks us through how the idea came about to develop the UK’s first rice yoghurt alternative.
We urge you to try the products. However, in the meantime, you can check them out on this podcast and by visiting their website.

Healthy snacking can be tough. Crisps are full of salt and then you have the pasties and beige food which is full of fat.
LioBites are hitting a happy medium though. They have created a lovely and refreshing range of fruit crisps. We met Anna Oldbury at the Food Matters Live exhibition, who discussed the story behind the company.

We all know how terrible sugar can be for your teeth and your health in general, but sugary sweets are so damn enjoyable.
Thankfully, we met a company who are aiming to do something about the white stuff issue. We met the team at One Sweet Smile at Food Matters Live and they explained how birch xylitol is helping them to create a range of happy and healthy sweets.

We’re back…
Sorry guys, we know we’ve had rather a large break (we aren’t that sorry – have you seen the weather this summer?) and we’ll back in regular broadcast soon. However, before we get our routine set in stone, we’ve got a special (very special) interview to tide you over.
For many listeners, the name Maggie Philbin will prompt fond memories of 1980s weeknight TV, when she gave us tantalising glimpses of the future in the long-running BBC programme, Tomorrow’s World.
Thirty years on, Maggie is on a mission to inspire young people to follow their potential and help to shape the technology of the future. We are now delighted to welcome her to The TechTalk Show studio to share the vision behind her innovative education initiative, TeenTech.
They say that good things come to those who wait…so we hope you enjoy this. Please do share with your friends and family, especially those who would have spent hours sat in front of the TV watching Maggie in action.
