Sue Nelson is pleased to find she has a bowl of her favourite nut on the table in front of her. No, it's not a bowl full of Paul Andrews, it's macadamia nuts! Colin Jeken has a brother who grows fantastic macadamia nuts on the eastern cape of South Africa, taking only the most A1 nuts from every harvest and then smothering them in Belgium chocolate - sounds heavenly! Paul learns that nuts can swim(!), and both he and Sue have discovered that speciality nut farmers are much more selective with their crops than you'd think. Sue is pleasantly surprised by the difference in texture to what she's used to in a macadamia and finds the precise chocolate to nut ratio pleasing.
