Sue Nelson and Christie Ellis are immersed in sustainable farming with an urban and a rural farmer in the studio to state their cases for efficient food production methods.

Tom Webster from GrowUp Urban Farms discusses their city-based farms where they produce tasty greens and fresh fish, utilising aquaponic and vertical growing technologies.

He's followed by Matt Havers from Peck Drinks. They've created a variety of free-range egg protein drink products that will be officially launched at Food Matters Live later this month - we'll be there too!
